Based
on a careful selection of different types of plums, the blending
for the Vieille Prune remains a family secret, eagerly kept
for years.
When it is tasted, the Vieille Prune frees all the subtility
of its making.
First, its amber-colour sensually catches the eye. Then, its
tastefulness, acquired by a long rest in oak casks, reveals
a bunch of fruity fragrances to finally keep the essential one
: the taste of plum.
Each bottle which is produced by the Roque's Distillery, is
still corked, waxed and labelled by hand. Since it respects
these traditional concepts, the Vieille Prune has become the
empress of the region Query-perigord both in the stores and
on the cards of the most refined gourmet restaurants of France. |
